By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Synerva Living ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian online retailer operating at www.synervaliving.com.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). 3. Products and availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue or modify any product or service without notice
  • Limit quantities of any product
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law

Product images are for illustration purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, colours and dimensions may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

We are a dropshipping retailer. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and fulfilled by third-party logistics partners. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Payment must be made in full at checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. We do not store credit card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and zones are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, third-party couriers, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Synerva Living or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law), our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Third-party website content linked from our site

9. Therapeutic goods disclaimer

Some products on this website (including red light therapy devices and wellness products) are general health and wellness items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are not Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)-listed medical devices unless explicitly stated.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any health product, particularly if you have a medical condition, disability, or are purchasing for use with an NDIS participant.

10. NDIS disclaimer

Synerva Living is not a registered NDIS provider. Products sold on this website may be suitable for use by NDIS participants purchasing through self-managed or plan-managed funding. It is your responsibility to confirm product eligibility with your NDIS planner or support coordinator. We do not guarantee that any product will be approved for NDIS funding.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the Australian federal courts for any dispute arising from these Terms.
